When you make or manage a reservation, we may collect information you provide such as your name, email address, phone number, rental dates, selected equipment, life jacket size, pickup preferences, waiver and terms acceptance, SMS messaging consent, and related reservation details.

Payments are processed by Square. Sagebrush Outfitters does not directly receive or store your full payment-card number through the reservation form. Square may collect payment and transaction information under its own privacy practices.

We use reservation information to process and administer rentals, communicate confirmations and instructions, provide customer service, send reservation-related email or SMS messages when permitted, document policy and messaging consent, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

We may send reservation-related emails using the email address you provide. If you separately opt in to SMS/text messaging, Sagebrush Outfitters may send text messages about your reservation, including confirmation, pickup and return instructions, schedule changes, safety information, refund or cancellation information, and customer-service updates.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may receive up to 4 text messages per reservation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future text messages or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent are used only to provide and support Sagebrush Outfitters reservation-related messaging and associated services.

We may provide information to service providers that help us operate the reservation process, such as Square for payment and order processing, Resend for transactional email, Twilio for transactional SMS delivery, and website hosting or infrastructure providers. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for Sagebrush Outfitters. This service-provider use does not include sharing mobile opt-in information for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.

The website may use ordinary browser storage, cookies, or analytics technologies supplied by the website platform or analytics providers to understand site performance and usage. Browser settings can be used to limit or remove cookies, although doing so may affect some website features.

You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to a Sagebrush Outfitters text message. Certain transaction, consent, accounting, or legal records may need to be retained even if other information can be updated or removed.
