Reservation Workflow
Pickup & Delivery Instructions
Choose pickup from the Coeur d’Alene Pickup Hub or paid delivery to a residence or address of your choice in the Coeur d’Alene area. Your reservation confirmation will contain your rental dates, equipment details, and fulfillment selection.
Complete your reservation
Submit the reservation form, accept the required policies, and complete payment through Square. Your reservation is confirmed only after payment is successfully completed.
Check your confirmation email
After payment, you will receive a Sagebrush Outfitters confirmation email with your watercraft, rental dates, life jacket size and links to the current rental policies and instructions.
Receive your handoff details
If you selected pickup, your reservation will use the Coeur d'Alene Pickup Hub and Sagebrush Outfitters will provide the exact address and arrival instructions after confirmation. The exact hub location is not published publicly. If you selected delivery, your reservation will show the CDA-area delivery address you provided and Sagebrush Outfitters will coordinate the handoff there.
Be ready for the handoff
For Pickup Hub reservations, arrive at the agreed time with a vehicle and secure transportation setup appropriate for the rented watercraft. For delivery reservations, make sure an adult renter is available at the agreed CDA-area address. Have your reservation information available for either handoff.
Inspect the equipment
Before leaving, inspect the watercraft, paddle or pedal-drive equipment, personal flotation device, and included accessories. Report any concern before accepting the equipment.
Use the equipment safely
Follow the Rental Agreement, Liability and Waiver Policy, applicable laws, water-access rules, and current conditions. Do not use equipment when conditions exceed your abilities or appear unsafe.
Return the equipment
Return the equipment on the agreed date, time, and location in substantially the same condition it was received, ordinary wear excepted. Contact Sagebrush Outfitters before the return time if a problem could delay return.
