Reservation Workflow

Pickup Instructions

Use this workflow when you select customer pickup in Coeur d’Alene. Your reservation confirmation will contain your rental dates and equipment details.

1

Complete your reservation

Submit the reservation form, accept the required policies, and complete payment through Square. Your reservation is confirmed only after payment is successfully completed.

2

Check your confirmation email

After payment, you will receive a Sagebrush Outfitters confirmation email with your watercraft, rental dates, life jacket size, fulfillment method, and links to the current rental policies and instructions.

3

Receive the pickup details

Sagebrush Outfitters will provide the specific Coeur d’Alene pickup location and any arrival instructions associated with your reservation. The exact handoff location is not published publicly on this page.

4

Arrive ready for the handoff

Arrive at the agreed time with a vehicle and secure transportation setup appropriate for the rented watercraft. Have your reservation information available. Sagebrush Outfitters will review the equipment and included accessories with you.

5

Inspect the equipment

Before leaving, inspect the watercraft, paddle or pedal-drive equipment, personal flotation device, and included accessories. Report any concern before accepting the equipment.

6

Use the equipment safely

Follow the Rental Agreement, Liability and Waiver Policy, applicable laws, water-access rules, and current conditions. Do not use equipment when conditions exceed your abilities or appear unsafe.

7

Return the equipment

Return the equipment on the agreed date, time, and location in substantially the same condition it was received, ordinary wear excepted. Contact Sagebrush Outfitters before the return time if a problem could delay return.

Important: Your reservation confirmation and direct communication from Sagebrush Outfitters control if they contain instructions that are more specific than this general workflow.
